Lisa Thurman
Co-Owner & Environmental Compliance Lead
Lisa retired after a 34-year career with Occidental Chemical Corporation, where she served as an Environmental Professional overseeing compliance, permitting, and waste management including hazardous waste across complex industrial operations. Excited to take on a new challenge, she joined her son Bodie to acquire and grow BoLT — bringing that depth of regulatory and field experience to the foundation BoLT is built on.

Bodie Thurman
Co-Owner & Operations Manager
Bodie leads day-to-day operations and field response at BoLT. Having worked for the company for six years before, he and his mother Lisa took a leap of faith to acquire it and carry it forward as BoLT — overseeing HAZMAT response, confined space rescue, industrial cleaning, and the crews that mobilize for clients across the region, 24/7.
